It's been a while since I posted, but for those of you who follow my twitter account @hillslistnyc, you know that I've certainly been out and about. I continue to explore the jewels of New York City from precious diamonds to the hottest clubs and cocktails! So here's a few things me and my fellow Hill - Listers have been doing over the past few months! OMG you never know how much you love diamonds until you are lucky enough to try on a Jacob & Co. bracelet (pictured above) with more than 70 karats of shiny, glorious treasures worth a a measly $500,000 -- oh a girl can dream! Hill’s List – I’m Baack – Jason Wu for Target
I confess, I was up at 2:30 AM trying to beat the other fashionistas to the Jason Wu for Target sale and I am proud to say that I a have emerged victorious! I was immediately able to purchase this sexy black dress at 2:30 am and just bought the Blue Striped Tote all from the comfort of my own cozy bed! No need to fight the crowds. It makes me wonder whether the popularity of this line is just not as great as Missoni for Target. Nevertheless, I look forward to receiving my purchases in the mail -- just hope the dress fits...
Hill’s List: Uniqlo Goes Huge!
The HUGEST event happening last night was the opening of the UNIQLO global flagship store on Fifth Avenue. Even though this is still only the company's second store in the United States (with an only slightly smaller third one on deck to open in a week's time), the event attracted an impressive crowd of New York and Japan's "who's who" eager to celebrate with free flowing Sake-tinis. Among the revelers we counted major retail figures like Saks Fifth Avenue president Ron Frasch, designers like John Varvatos and the Costello-Tagliapietra team who have had two well received collaboration collections with the store and ...
